ScopeAlidgnd is a local-first notes app. Your notes stay on your device. There is no account,
no advertising, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
Local-firstYour content stays on your device.

No ads or trackingNo ad SDKs or cross-app tracking.
You control deletionDelete notes or uninstall the App.
01 Who we are
ScopeAlidgnd (the “App”) is provided by the ScopeAlidgnd team (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
This policy explains what information the App handles, where it is stored,
and the choices you have.
For privacy questions or requests, use the App Support link on the
ScopeAlidgnd App Store product page.
This policy applies to the App and any features released under the same
name, unless a separate policy is shown for a specific feature.
02 The short version
We do not operate an account system or a server that receives your content.
ScopeAlidgnd stores what you create on your device. We do not sell your information,
show advertising, or use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
Permissions are optional and controlled by iOS. You can delete notes in the App,
revoke permissions in iOS Settings, or remove all App data by uninstalling the App.
No account, sign-in, email address, or phone number is required.
No advertising identifiers, cross-app tracking, or behavioral profiles.
No developer-operated analytics or crash-reporting service in the current version.
Your content is used to provide the App’s features, not to build a profile of you.
03 Information you create
ScopeAlidgnd lets you create and store notes, lists, tags, attachments,
settings, and photos you choose to add. This content is stored on your
device and is not transmitted to us.
Notes and lists. Text, checklists, tags, and values you enter are stored
in the App’s local database so the App can display, search, organize, and export them.
Photos. If you attach a photo, the App receives only the item you
select through the system photo picker. The photo is stored with your note on
your device. The App does not scan your photo library.
Settings. Preferences such as units, appearance, reminders, and
App Lock are stored locally on your device.
Exports and shares. When you export or share content, iOS passes it
to the destination you choose (for example, Files, Mail, or another app). That
destination handles the content under its own privacy practices.
No cloud account. The current version does not create a developer-hosted
copy of your content. If a future version adds optional sync, this policy and the
App Store privacy answers will be updated before that feature is enabled.
04 Information we do not collect
In the current version, we do not collect or receive:
Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address.
Contacts, calendars, or precise location.
Advertising identifiers or cross-app/website tracking data.
Payment card details (see “Purchases” below).
Your notes, attachments, or photos on a developer server.
We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs in the current
version. Apple may provide crash reports and diagnostics to developers if you have
enabled “Share with App Developers” in iOS Settings; we use those reports only to
diagnose and fix problems. Apple handles that data under its own privacy policy.
05 Permissions
The App asks only for permissions needed by a feature you choose to use. You can
change or revoke them at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security, or in the
App’s settings.
Permission
Why it is used
What leaves the device
Photos
To attach a photo to a note you are creating or editing. The system picker gives the App only the item you select.
Nothing. The selected image is stored with the note on your device.
Face ID / Touch ID
To unlock the App when App Lock is enabled.
Nothing. Biometric data stays with iOS; the App receives only a success or failure result.
Notifications
To show local reminders you schedule. The App does not use a push server for these reminders.
Nothing. Reminder content is scheduled locally on your device.
Camera or microphone
Only if a feature you use offers capture. The App asks at the moment you use that feature.
Nothing is uploaded by us. Captured content is stored with your note on your device.
The App does not request permissions it does not need. If you decline a permission,
the related feature may be unavailable, but the rest of the App continues to work.
06 How information is used
Content you create is used on your device to:
Provide the App’s core features, including writing, organizing, search, and display.
Store your preferences and restore them the next time you open the App.
Create exports or shares when you ask for them.
Show local reminders when you enable them.
Protect the App with App Lock when you enable it.
We do not use your content for advertising, profiling, or sale. We do not combine it
with data from other apps or websites.
07 Storage, backups, and retention
Your content is stored in the App’s container on your device. It remains there until
you delete the content in the App or uninstall the App. Deleting a note removes it
from the App’s active database; deleting the App removes its container, subject to
the backup behavior described below.
Device backups
If you back up your device to iCloud or a computer, iOS may include App data in that
backup according to your backup settings. Those backups are controlled by you and
Apple (or your backup software), not by us. A deleted note may remain in an existing
backup until that backup is replaced or expires.
No developer copy
We do not maintain a developer-hosted copy of your content in the current version, so
there is no separate server retention period to expire. If this changes, we will update
this policy and provide the relevant controls before the change takes effect.
08 Sharing and third parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it for cross-context
behavioral advertising.
Apple system services. The App uses Apple frameworks for storage,
photos, notifications, biometrics, and sharing. Apple processes those interactions
under its own privacy policy.
App distribution. If you download the App from the App Store or test
it through TestFlight, Apple may collect installation, purchase, and diagnostic data
as part of those services.
Your exports. When you share or export content, the destination you
choose receives it. Review that destination’s privacy practices before sharing.
Legal requirements. Because we do not hold a server copy of your
content, we generally cannot produce it. If we receive a valid legal request for
information we do hold (for example, support correspondence), we will respond only
as required by applicable law and will notify you where lawful.
We do not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs in the current
version. If that changes, this section will identify the provider and the purpose
before the integration is enabled.
09 Purchases
If the App offers a paid feature or subscription, the purchase is processed by Apple
through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide
us with a transaction identifier, product identifier, and anonymized sales reports so
we can validate the purchase and understand aggregate sales.
The current version is free. If purchases are added later, this section and the App
Store privacy answers will be updated before they go live.
10 Your choices and rights
You can control your information directly:
Edit or delete notes in the App at any time.
Export a copy of your content using the App’s export or share features.
Revoke permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.
Disable reminders or App Lock in the App’s settings.
Remove all App data by uninstalling the App (subject to device backups).
EEA, UK, and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may
have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of
your personal data, and the right to data portability. Because the App is local-first,
many of these requests can be fulfilled directly in the App. You may also contact us through
the App Support link on the ScopeAlidgnd App Store product page.
Where GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract
(providing the App’s features you request), consent (for optional permissions such as
photos, notifications, or biometrics), and legitimate interests (security and
troubleshooting). You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior
processing.
California and other U.S. state privacy laws
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral
advertising. If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know, delete,
or correct personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising those rights.
Because we do not maintain a server copy of your content, most requests can be handled
in the App. You may contact us through the App Support link on the ScopeAlidgnd App Store product page.
Verification
If you contact us with a privacy request, we may ask for enough information to verify
that the request relates to you. We will not ask for your App content, because we do
not hold it.
11 Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK, where
applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because
the App is local-first, we do not receive a child’s notes or photos.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us through
the App Support link on the ScopeAlidgnd App Store product page and we
will take appropriate steps to delete it from any systems we control.
12 Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect the App and its data, including
iOS’s app sandbox, device encryption, and optional App Lock with Face ID, Touch ID,
or your device passcode. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Protect your device with a passcode and keep iOS up to date.
Use App Lock if you keep sensitive notes on a shared device.
Be careful when exporting or sharing content to third-party destinations.
We cannot guarantee the security of data stored on a device we do not control, or of
content after you choose to share it with another app or service.
13 International users
The App stores content on your device. We do not transfer your content to a
developer-operated server. If you use iCloud or another backup service, your data may
be processed in the regions where that service operates, under that provider’s terms.
If you contact us, your correspondence may be processed in the country where we
operate. We take reasonable steps to protect it consistent with this policy.
14 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements, or our
practices. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. If a change materially
affects how your information is handled, we will provide a prominent notice in the App
or on this page before the change takes effect.
Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated policy. If you do
not agree, you can stop using the App and uninstall it.
